본 개인정보처리방침은 Android 앱 「AI 하자사진」(패키지명 com.bx.concretecrack, 이하 "앱")에 적용됩니다. 앱은 건물 균열(하자) 사진을 촬영·표시하고 현장별로 관리하는 도구이며, 사진과 점검 기록은 모두 사용자의 기기 안에 저장됩니다. 개발자는 사용자의 개인정보를 수집하지 않습니다. 다만 앱은 무료 제공을 위해 Google AdMob 광고를 표시하며, 광고 제공 과정에서 Google이 아래 5항의 정보를 처리할 수 있습니다.
1. 수집하는 개인정보
개발자는 이름, 이메일, 전화번호, 위치 등 개인정보를 직접 수집·저장하지 않으며, 개발자가 운영하는 서버로 전송하는 정보도 없습니다. 회원 가입이나 로그인 절차도 없습니다. 광고 표시를 위해 Google AdMob SDK가 처리하는 정보는 5항을 참고해 주십시오.
2. 기기 안에만 저장되는 정보
다음 정보는 사용자가 직접 입력하거나 촬영한 것으로, 앱 기능을 위해 기기 안에만 저장되며 개발자나 제3자에게 전송되지 않습니다.

- AI 균열 검출은 앱에 포함된 모델로 기기 안에서만 처리되며, 사진이 외부로 전송되지 않습니다.
- 하자 표시 사진을 저장하면 기기 사진첩의 Pictures/AI 하자사진 폴더에도 저장됩니다. 사진첩에 저장된 사진은 기기의 사진 앱이나 사용자가 설정한 클라우드 백업(예: Google 포토)의 관리 대상이 될 수 있습니다.
- 결과 사진 파일 안(EXIF 메타데이터)에는 다시 편집할 수 있도록 현장명·위치·공종·점검자·하자내용·박스 위치 등의 편집 정보가 기록됩니다. 사진을 다른 사람에게 보내면 이 정보도 함께 전달될 수 있습니다.
- 사진대지·점검 리포트 PDF는 앱 내부 임시 저장소에 만들어지며, 사용자가 "공유"를 선택한 경우에만 사용자가 고른 앱으로 전달됩니다.
- 점검자 이름 등 다른 사람의 정보를 입력하는 경우, 해당 정보의 입력과 공유는 사용자의 판단과 책임 아래 이루어집니다.
앱 안의 정보는 앱을 삭제하면 함께 삭제되며, 기록·현장 삭제 기능으로 언제든 지울 수 있습니다(사진첩에 저장된 사진은 사진 앱에서 따로 지워야 합니다). Android 자동 백업이 켜져 있는 경우 앱 정보가 사용자의 Google 계정에 연결된 기기 백업에 포함될 수 있으며, 이는 Android 시스템이 수행하는 것으로 개발자는 접근할 수 없습니다.

앱은 마이크·연락처·위치(GPS)에 접근하지 않습니다.
4. 정보의 제3자 제공
개발자는 사용자의 정보를 제3자에게 판매하거나 제공하지 않습니다. 사용자가 "공유" 기능으로 사진·PDF를 다른 앱(메신저, 이메일 등)에 보내는 경우, 전달된 내용은 해당 앱의 개인정보처리방침을 따릅니다.
5. 광고 및 외부 서비스
앱은 화면 하단과 사진 편집 화면에 Google LLC가 제공하는 AdMob 배너 광고를 표시합니다. 광고 제공·측정·부정 행위 방지를 위해 AdMob SDK가 다음 정보를 수집해 Google로 전송할 수 있습니다.
- 광고 ID 등 기기 식별자, IP 주소(대략적인 위치 추정)
- 기기 모델, OS 버전, 앱 정보, 광고 노출·클릭 등 상호작용 정보
- 오류 및 성능 진단 정보
사용자의 사진, 현장 정보, 하자 기록은 광고 SDK에 전달되지 않습니다. 광고 관련 정보는 Google의 개인정보처리방침에 따라 처리되며, 개발자는 이 정보에 접근하지 않습니다. 자세한 내용은 Google 개인정보처리방침과 Google이 파트너 앱의 정보를 사용하는 방식을 참고해 주십시오.
광고 동의: 유럽경제지역(EEA)·영국·스위스 등 동의가 필요한 지역에서는 앱을 처음 실행할 때 Google의 동의 양식(User Messaging Platform)이 표시되며, 동의 여부에 따라 맞춤 광고 또는 비맞춤 광고가 제공됩니다. 해당 지역 사용자는 앱의 [설정(표시 설정) → 광고 개인정보 설정]에서 언제든 선택을 바꿀 수 있습니다. 그 밖의 지역에서는 기기의 [설정 → Google → 광고]에서 광고 ID를 삭제하거나 재설정할 수 있습니다.
광고 외에 분석(애널리틱스), 소셜 로그인 등 다른 제3자 SDK는 포함하지 않으며, 개발자가 운영하는 서버와 통신하지 않습니다.
6. 아동의 개인정보
앱은 건설·시설 점검 업무용으로 만들어졌으며 아동을 대상으로 하지 않습니다. 개발자는 아동을 포함한 어떤 사용자로부터도 개인정보를 직접 수집하지 않습니다.
7. 방침의 변경
본 방침이 변경되는 경우 이 페이지에 시행일과 함께 게시합니다. 개인정보를 새로 수집하게 되는 변경이 있을 때에는 앱 업데이트 안내를 통해 알립니다.

This Privacy Policy applies to the Android app "AI Defect Photo" (package name com.bx.concretecrack, the "App"). The App is a tool for photographing building cracks (defects), marking them and managing them by site. All photos and inspection records are stored on your device, and the developer does not collect your personal data. To keep the App free, it shows Google AdMob ads, and Google may process the information described in Section 5 to serve them.
1. Personal data we collect
The developer does not itself collect or store any personal data — no name, email address, phone number or location — and nothing is sent to any server run by the developer. There is no account or sign-in. For the information processed by the Google AdMob SDK to show ads, see Section 5.
2. Data stored only on your device
The following data is entered or captured by you and is stored only on your device so the App can work. It is never sent to the developer or to anyone else.

- AI crack detection runs entirely on your device with a model bundled in the App. Photos are not uploaded anywhere.
- When you save a marked photo, it is also saved to your device gallery in the Pictures/AI 하자사진 folder. Photos in the gallery may be managed by your photo app or any cloud backup you have enabled (e.g. Google Photos).
- Result photo files contain edit information in their EXIF metadata (site name, location, work type, inspector, description, box positions) so they can be re-edited. If you send a photo to someone, this information may be sent with it.
- Photo sheet and inspection report PDFs are created in the App's private temporary storage and are passed to another app only when you choose "Share".
- If you enter information about other people, such as inspector names, entering and sharing that information is your responsibility.
Data in the App is deleted when you uninstall it, and you can delete records and sites at any time (photos saved to the gallery must be deleted in your photo app). If Android Auto Backup is enabled on your device, App data may be included in the device backup linked to your Google account. That backup is handled by Android; the developer has no access to it.
3. Permissions

The App does not access the microphone, contacts or location (GPS).
4. Sharing with third parties
The developer does not sell or share your data with third parties. When you use "Share" to send photos or PDFs to another app (messenger, email, etc.), the shared content is governed by that app's privacy policy.
5. Ads and external services
The App shows AdMob banner ads provided by Google LLC at the bottom of the screen and in the photo editor. To serve and measure ads and prevent fraud, the AdMob SDK may collect the following and send it to Google:
- Device identifiers such as the advertising ID, IP address (used to estimate approximate location)
- Device model, OS version, app information, ad impressions, clicks and other interactions
- Crash and performance diagnostics
Your photos, site details and defect records are never passed to the ad SDK. Ad-related information is processed under Google's privacy policy, and the developer has no access to it. See the Google Privacy Policy and How Google uses information from sites or apps that use its services.
Ad consent: In regions that require consent, such as the European Economic Area, the UK and Switzerland, Google's consent form (User Messaging Platform) is shown on first launch, and personalized or non-personalized ads are served based on your choice. Users in those regions can change their choice at any time in the App under [Settings (Display settings) → Ad privacy settings]. Elsewhere, you can delete or reset your advertising ID in your device's [Settings → Google → Ads].
Apart from ads, the App includes no other third-party SDKs such as analytics or social sign-in, and it does not communicate with any server run by the developer.
6. Children's privacy
The App is designed for construction and facility inspection work and is not directed at children. The developer does not itself collect personal data from any user, including children.
7. Changes to this policy
If this policy changes, the updated version will be posted on this page with its effective date. If a change means new personal data will be collected, we will let you know through the App's update notes.
